Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. in Rochester, IN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance inquiries, processing policy changes, promoting new products, quoting new business & reviewing renewal business, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

• Previous personal lines experience preferred

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license, or the ability to obtain

• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Become proficient in Agency Management System
