Brian is the President and Co-Owner of Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Brian graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Marketing. Brian is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and a licensed Life & Health agent. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He continues to improve his insurance knowledge by attending company meetings and continuing education events. 

Brian is the varsity girls basketball coach at Rochester High School. He and his wife, Cheryl Jennings, enjoy spending time with their three children along with spending time on their cattle farm.

Cheryl is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Cheryl is a licensed agent in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance. Cheryl has over 30 years of experience in insurance and specializes in Farm and Commercial Insurance as well as Risk Management. Cheryl holds one of the highest designations in the insurance industry, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) as well as the Agribusiness and Farm Insurance (AFIS) designation. She has also attended the Nationwide Agribusiness Basic, Master and Elite Farm Certification classes. She continues to improve her knowledge in the insurance industry by attending CIC updates, continuing education, and company meetings. 

In Cheryl’s time outside of the agency she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian Jennings, and their three children. She also enjoys long walks, running, and time with her friends. Cheryl’s philosophy in life and in business is to treat others as you would like to be treated, and you will have a very successful life.

Jenna is an agent at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Jenna graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. She is a licensed agent in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance. Jenna has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and specializes in Farm and Life Insurance. She obtained her Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) Designation in October 2012 and most recently earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation in July 2018. She has also attended both Nationwide Agribusiness Basic and Master Farm Certification classes. She continues to improve her knowledge in the insurance industry by attending continuing education classes as well as company meetings. 

In Jenna’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two Shih Tzu’s, as well as traveling. Jenna enjoys meeting new people and designing farm insurance programs for farm owners.

Jake is a farm insurance and crop insurance agent at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. He has his Series 3 license and is a commodity broker through RJ O'Brien. Jake graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Jake grew up on a grain and cattle farm. He continues to help manage his family’s farming operation today and is passionate about helping farmers protect their risk. Jake is always improving his insurance knowledge by attending farm seminars and continuing education classes. 

When Jake is away from the office, he enjoys college basketball, golf, and traveling.

Karna is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance agent as well as a licensed Life & Health Insurance agent. She has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry and specializes in commercial lines, personal lines, farm, life, and bond insurance. Karna is always improving her knowledge in insurance by attending continuing education classes, including most recently a Nationwide Agribusiness Basic Farm Certification class. 

In Karna’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children and her grandchildren. She also enjoys golfing and cooking. What Karna enjoys most about her job is working with people and helping them with their insurance needs.

Jenilee is the Farm-Agribusiness Manager & Assistant Commercial Lines Manager at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Jenilee is licensed in Property & Casualty and specializes in the Farm-Agribusiness and Commercial Lines Insurance. She has over 22 years of experience in the insurance field and at Jennings Insurance. Jenilee is always improving her insurance knowledge by attending continuing education classes, seminars, webinars, and meetings. 

When Jenilee’s not working, she loves being a wife and mother and spending time with her husband and five children. She also enjoys watching movies and her children in their extracurricular activities. What Jenilee likes about her job is working along-side a close knit group of co-workers; having great bosses who are down to earth, caring, & honest; being a part of something that makes a difference in people’s lives and being able to share the insurance knowledge with others.

Chad is an agent at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Chad is a licensed agent in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance. Chad has over 10 years of experience in general sales and has been with Jennings Insurance Agency Inc since 2015. 

In Chad's spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and their three children along with helping out on the family farm. Chad also enjoys deer hunting.

Shelley is the Commercial Lines Manager at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. in our Rochester office. Shelley is licensed in Property & Casualty and specializes in commercial lines insurance. With the agency since 2016, Shelley is always improving her insurance knowledge by attending seminars and continuing education classes.

In Shelley’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her two boys, watching movies, shopping and reading a good book. Shelley likes the interaction she has with her clients each day as well as interacting with her co-workers. She also enjoys learning new things each day in her job.

AJ is an agent at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance and Life & Health Insurance. AJ grew up in Osceola, Indiana and attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Selling & Sales Management. After college, AJ spent 3 years working in the sales industry before he began his career at Jennings Insurance Agency in January 2023.

In AJ’s spare time he enjoys watching sports, playing golf, hunting and fishing, as well as coaching basketball.

Brent is an agent at Jennings Insurance Agency licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life and Health. Brent grew up in Rochester, Indiana and attended Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana where he played baseball.  Brent graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Sports Management and Business Administration in 2012.  After college he spent 8 years in the automotive industry in sales and management.  Brent began his career at Jennings Insurance Agency in July 2021. 

In Brent’s spare time he enjoys playing golf, hunting, watching & attending sporting events.  He is also an assistant baseball coach for Rochester High School.

Kara is a Customer Service Representative specializing in personal lines and farm/agriculture lines of business at Jennings Insurance Agency, Inc. Kara lives in Plymouth, Indiana. She has two daughters that she enjoys spending time with. She loves her job, and enjoys interacting with clients and her co-workers, along with always learning something new. She also enjoys working with a close, family-oriented business. 

In Kara’s spare time she enjoys spending time with friends & family, and also enjoys going on walks with her dog, reading, and vacations to New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Brittney is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Heath. Brittney graduated from Indiana University with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Indiana Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Newer to Insurance, Brittney had over 15 years in Emergency 9-1-1 Services as a dispatcher where she witnessed first-hand how important it is to have the proper coverages in the event of a loss. With dealing with tragedies, it is Brittney’s top goal in insurance to be able to explain to clients the importance of proper coverages and what those coverages specifically mean. Brittney continues to improve her knowledge in the insurance industry by attending continuing education classes, as well as company & industry meetings. 

In Brittney’s spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Chayse, her daughter and traveling with family & friends. Brittney also enjoys talking with clients and her co-workers, meeting new people and making sure clients receive outstanding service.
